Sprinkles is a handmade plushie made out of a tie-dye faux seal fabric. They have tummy details I made using blue felt , glitter vinyl/PVC , and lots of different glitters. I did the same thing for the jester hat and I added bells at the bottom so they jingle when you carry them !
